Life is really quite amazing. There are so many beautiful things to appreciate in our world, but there are also terrible realities that we don't like to think about. Balance and awareness are important. It is healthy to rejoice in our blessings, and stay aware of the state of affairs of others. We live in one world and are extremely interconnected. Empowered thinking will always consider the "other." I hope to encourage you to become a better, more beautiful person, who can love deeply. If we have to go through things in life, why not mine those experiences for all they are worth and end up on the highest ground possible. This type of gain in character can never be taken from us. This type of gain makes our world a better place.

The mind is powerful, but most of us were never trained in how to use it best. I certainly was not. As life challenges will always be present, I plan to become better and better at thinking in ways that empower me, rather than cripple me. Difficult times call on us to forgive, be accountable, and to demonstrate love. These words are easy to toss around, but much harder live . Intention, determination and patience are required. I seek to motivate individuals to become increasingly empowered. My great hope is to facilitate and encourage you toward doing exactly that. Mountaintops were made for you, but fruit grows in the valleys.
